To further solidify that zombies have replaced bald space marines as the go-to thing when developing a video game, publisher Deep Silver has announced the survival horror zombie game Dead Island. Despite being yet another zombie game in a market that is slowly being infested by the undead, I will give Dead Island a break as developer Techland has been working on the project since 2007, so it’s not as if this is merely the latest slap dash effort to make an easy buck.
